
Meet Our Board Members

President
Douglas Woerner, DO
A lifelong Montanan, Dr.Woerner graduated from Laurel High School and earned an undergraduate degree in agriculture from Montana State University. He completed his medical education at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri, followed by a Family Medicine residency at Phoenix Baptist Hospital in Arizona. After completing his training, he returned to Montana as quickly as possible to serve his home community.

Dr. Woerner has practiced at Laurel Medical Center for the past 15 years and feels deeply grateful for the opportunity to care for patients in his hometown. He has been an active member of the Montana Osteopathic Medical Association and the Northwest Osteopathic Foundation since 2020.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys hunting, fly fishing, horseback riding, camping, and spending time outdoors. He lives on a small farm near Laurel with his wife and a lively collection of animals—including dogs, horses, cats, cows, and chickens—reflecting his deep love for animals and rural life.

Vice President/President-Elect
Wynde Cheek, DO
Born and raised in Big Sky Country, Wynde Cheek, D.O., FACN is a board-certified neurologist based in Helena, Montana. She earned degrees from Carroll College and Montana State University before completing medical school at Des Moines University in Iowa. Dr. Cheek traveled extensively during her clinical rotations, gaining broad experience before completing a traditional medical internship and neurology residency in Dayton, Ohio.

Eager to return home, she came back to Montana to practice near her extended family and fully embrace all things Montana. She is a business owner and a physician leader, serving as past president of the American College of Neuropsychiatrists and as Montana’s first graduate of the Osteopathic Health Policy Fellowship, Class of 2023. Dr. Cheek has been an active member of the Montana Osteopathic Medical Association since 2020.

Secretary/Treasurer
Donald Grewell, DO
Don Grewell, D.O., FAAFP is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 30 years of clinical and academic experience. He practiced from 1988 to 2021, including eight years in private practice and 25 years with Billings Clinic. He has served as faculty with the Montana Family Medicine Residency from 2013 to 2025 and previously led the program’s osteopathic education and recognition pathway.

A retired Army National Guard Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Grewell served in multiple leadership roles, including senior flight surgeon and medical company commander. He has been actively involved with the Montana Osteopathic Medical Association for more than 35 years, serving as Executive Director for the past 14 years, and has represented Montana in the American Osteopathic Association House of Delegates.

Dr. Grewell and his wife, Jackie, have been happily married for 36 years and have two grown sons.

Dorothy Sizemore, DO
A Montana native from Whitehall, MT, Dr.Sizemore is a board-certified family medicine physician and core faculty member with the Montana Family Medicine Residency in Billings. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine–Colorado, where she completed the Rural and Wilderness Medicine Honors Track, and completed residency training at the Montana Family Medicine Residency, serving as Chief Resident.

In her current roles as Director of Osteopathic Education and Assistant Program Director for Faculty Development, she is passionate about resident education, provider wellness, inpatient medicine, and improving access to care. Clinically, she practices full-spectrum family medicine at RiverStone Health, including prenatal care and procedures.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys hiking, travel, reading, baking, and—most importantly—spending time with her yellow puppy, Otis.

Brendan Smith, DO
Logan Health, Kalispell, MT
Brendon Smith, DO is a 5th generation Montana native from Choteau, where he grew up on a farm and ranch. He is a board-certified family physician and primary care physician executive at Logan Health in Kalispell practicing outpatient family medicine and leading the organization's primary care service line.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Carroll College in Helena and Bachelor of Science in cell biology and neuroscience from Montana State University in Bozeman.
Subsequently, Dr. Smith completed medical school at Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by residency at Montana Family Medicine Residency in Billings.
Outside of medicine, he can be found enjoying a variety of outdoor activities including boating, fishing, biking, and skiing, as well as rooting for Kansas City and MSU football teams.

Stephanie Zeszutek, DO, FACOG, RPh

​Dr. Stephanie Zeszutek is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with a distinguished career rooted in clinical excellence, medical education, and a deep commitment to women's health. She earned her medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYITCOM) and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center. As a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG) and Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOOG), and with additional credentials as a registered pharmacist, Dr. Zeszutek brings a remarkably broad and multidisciplinary foundation to her work in both patient care and medical training.
Dr. Zeszutek currently serves as Campus and Clinical Dean at TouroCOM Great Falls in Montana, where she plays an integral role in developing and mentoring the next generation of osteopathic physicians. Her dedication to the profession is further reflected in her service on the MOMA Board, where she holds the position of Board of Trustee and MMA Representative, contributing her expertise to the advancement of osteopathic medicine at a organizational level.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Zeszutek enjoys traveling and hiking — a testament to the spirit of exploration and dedication that she brings to all facets of her life.

Julianna Lindquist, MS I
Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine - Great Falls
Julianna Lindquist was born and raised in Connecticut (CT). She attended Marist College (now Marist University) in Poughkeepsie, NY for her undergraduate studies, where she earned a degree in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Spanish Language Studies. One of her favorite experiences at Marist was studying abroad in Madrid, Spain! She then spent a year with AmeriCorps serving the Poughkeepsie City School District where she collaborated with the Dutchess County Health Department and other local public health organizations to provide health-related programming for students and parents.
Julianna moved to Great Falls, Montana in 2024 to begin medical school at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. She quickly grew to love the welcoming community and became heavily involved both on and off campus. As the Chapter President for the Student Osteopathic Medical Association, Julianna grew her passion for advocacy and became involved with the Montana Osteopathic Medical Association. She hopes to continue to learn, grow, and engage in advocacy throughout her medical career.
Julianna is now a second year osteopathic medical student and will eventually become the first physician in her family. Her very supportive family is back home in CT, including her 4 year old niece and a newborn nephew. She loves to visit them and FaceTime them any chance she gets!
